To secure their agencies against an array of evolving threats, organizations typically take a "technology centric" approach. Often times when that path is chosen, it creates an excessively complex and disjointed set of technology, people and procedures. The end result is a set of siloed proprietary solutions that take a long time to implement, are costly to maintain, and are not mutually beneficial across the public and private stakeholders being served.
